Alot of people are starting agency's to make profit , what they do is put tax up to 100% and wen u complete a mission your money goes into the agency and then they withdraw it for themself.

For this to be profitable you would have to have a large number of members, problem is with 100% tax your not going to hold members long enough to effectively accumlate profits. Keep in mind some agencies legitmately have a high tax.

Not that money has any real bearing in this game outside of ava. i know a large number of people who have 20mill plus simply becuse there is nothing to spend it on.
